Arbitrary file deletion in the AirWave client service on affected Aruba Access Points allows remote attackers to delete system files via PAPI. HPE has not disclosed the file-path validation or filesystem operation defect that permits attacker-selected files to be removed. No authentication or user interaction is required; deletion can disrupt normal operation and compromise access-point integrity.
