URL blocking in the embedded Chromium browser in AiLux imx6 bundle before 1.0.7-2 allows attackers to read arbitrary files. The browser rejects http://localhost but accepts alternative URL forms that reach local resources and permit browser-configuration changes. Physical, unauthenticated access is required; consequences range from file disclosure and configuration changes to worst-case root code execution.
