Server file disclosure and SSRF via XXE

XXE in OpenText AppBuilder 21.2 through 23.1 allows remote authenticated users to read server files or trigger SSRF. The XML processor accepts specially crafted uploaded XML and resolves attacker-controlled external entities without restricting their target resources. A high-privilege AppBuilder account is required; successful requests disclose files readable by the server process or make the server contact attacker-selected endpoints.
