Improper input validation in OpenText AppBuilder from 21.2 before 23.2 allows remote attackers to read arbitrary server files. OpenText identifies only an unspecified AppBuilder page that processes file requests without adequate validation; no public source names the page or handler. Network reachability is sufficient, and the bounded consequence is read-only disclosure of files accessible to the server process.
