Buffer overflow in Netis N3 Firmware 1.0.1.865 allows remote attackers to interrupt router service via a crafted hostName value. FUN_0040dabc loads the value through apmib_get into the 36-byte local_2c stack buffer without enforcing its length. Network access requires no authentication; overflowing the buffer leaves the router unresponsive and interrupts routed network services.
