Subscriber-level code execution via profile-picture upload

Arbitrary file upload in KoalaApps Account Page Editor for WooCommerce before 1.3.2 allows remote authenticated users to execute PHP code. The profile-picture upload accepts a PHP payload without validating the dangerous file type and stores the payload in the web-accessible WordPress uploads area. Subscriber or WooCommerce customer access is sufficient, but Upload Profile Picture must be enabled and Endpoints as must be set to theme.
