CSRF via relative telemetry run path

CSRF in affected Mattermost Playbooks releases allows remote authenticated users to alter server data via a crafted telemetry URL. The telemetry-run route accepts a relative path as telem_run_id and resolves it to another API endpoint instead of constraining it to a telemetry identifier. Low-privileged access and user interaction are required; successful exploitation permits data modification or service interruption.
