Arbitrary path access via Root Local Device confusion

Path traversal in Go path/filepath and internal/safefilepath allows attackers to access arbitrary Windows locations through crafted paths. Clean and Join can transform ordinary-looking components into a rooted ??\ device path, while IsAbs and VolumeName misclassify that prefix. Only Windows applications that pass attacker-controlled components into these APIs expose directory-boundary escape and unintended file access.
