DLL hijacking in Acronis Cyber Protect 16 and Cyber Protect Cloud Agent for Windows allows local users to escalate privileges via unsafe DLL loading. Acronis has not identified the affected executable, DLL name, or search location that accepts an attacker-controlled library. Low-privileged local access and user interaction are required on affected Windows hosts; exploitation discloses or modifies protected data without a reported service interruption.
