Memory disclosure via DHCPv6 option-length underflow

Out-of-bounds read in TianoCore EDK II edk2-stable202308 allows remote attackers to disclose memory via a DHCPv6 Advertise message. Dhcp6SeekStsOption subtracts the 12-byte IA_NA or 4-byte IA_TA header from an unchecked 16-bit option length, so a short value wraps and drives scanning past the packet buffer. Exploitation requires IPv6 PXE boot to be enabled and the attacker to answer on the same broadcast domain; the documented impact is memory disclosure only.
