Unauthenticated command execution via retained web shell
Published Sep 25, 2023 · Updated Apr 23, 2025
Remote code execution in Moove Agency Import XML and RSS Feeds before 2.1.5 allows remote attackers to execute operating-system commands. The 2.1.4 package retains the PHP web shell at uploads/169227090864de013cac47b.php, which executes input supplied through the cmd query parameter. Any network client able to reach the plugin directory can invoke the shell without a WordPress account and gain the web server process's execution privileges.
