Local decryption-key disclosure via unauthenticated daemon request

Key disclosure in IBM Access Client Solutions 1.1.2 through 1.1.4 and 1.1.4.3 through 1.1.9.3 allows attackers to obtain a decryption key. The LmHybridServerImpl daemon listens on a random TCP6 port and returns the temporary password-encryption key without checking the request origin. Local execution is sufficient to recover the key; no elevated privileges or interaction with another person is required.
