Authenticated service interruption via crafted CLI request

Denial of service in IBM Db2 Client 11.5.8 through 11.5.9 allows remote authenticated users to cause a service interruption via a crafted request. IBM has not disclosed the CLI locus or the operation performed on the crafted request and intentionally withholds replication details. The issue is limited to Windows Client editions and requires low privileges; Linux and UNIX editions are unaffected, and only availability is impacted.
