Published Oct 13, 2023 · Updated Sep 17, 2024
Stored XSS in Hestia Control Panel before 1.8.6 allows remote authenticated users to run script in another user's browser. The Edit Server template outputs stored database aliases, backup settings, and SSL certificate fields into HTML without entity encoding. A privileged user must store crafted values and another user must open the Edit Server page, exposing or altering data available to that browser session.
