SYSTEM code execution via unvalidated URL parameter

Improper input validation in 1E Platform's URLResponseTime instruction before 20.1 allows remote authenticated users to execute code. The instruction fails to validate its URL parameter before processing it, so crafted input reaches code execution under the client service account. Instruction execution rights are required, and successful exploitation runs attacker-supplied code with SYSTEM permissions on Windows clients.
