Protected-file deletion via unchecked link target

Affected 1E Client for Windows releases allow local users to delete protected files through a crafted symbolic link or junction. The installer accepts a user-controlled directory path without rejecting a symbolic link or Windows junction, and the service clears the linked target at startup. Any local, non-privileged account able to place the link can redirect privileged cleanup to protected directories, causing deletion of their contents.
