Unauthorized data access via pre-chmod socket listening

Race condition in affected Redis releases before 6.2.14, 7.0.14, or 7.2.2 allows local users to obtain unauthorized Unix-socket access. In src/anet.c, anetUnixServer called listen before chmod applied unixsocketperm, so a permissive process umask briefly exposed the bound socket with broader permissions. Exploitation requires an enabled Unix socket, a permissive umask, local code execution, and winning the startup race; a successful connection permits Redis data reads or writes allowed to that connection.
