Unauthorized unpublished-job applications via missing capability check

Missing authorization in AWSM Innovations HireZoot 3.4.1 and earlier allows remote attackers to write applications for unpublished jobs. The insert_application() function creates an application record without checking the caller's capability when the referenced job is unpublished. No WordPress account is required, and the resulting integrity impact is limited to unauthorized application records.
