CVE-2023-44855Public exploitNetwork attack vector

Browser script execution via diagnostic parameters

Published Apr 12, 2024 · Updated Aug 2, 2024

Cross-site scripting in Cobham SAILOR 600, 800, and 900 VSAT 1.64 build 019 allows remote authenticated users to run browser scripts. The acu_web sub_219C4 function places the rdiag, sender, and recipients parameters into diagnostic-report output without neutralizing script content. Exploitation requires low-privileged access and a victim who views the crafted output, exposing that browser session to attacker-controlled actions.
