Authenticated code execution via office-conversion script
Published Oct 10, 2023 · Updated Sep 19, 2024
Command injection in ZenTao Community 18.6 and earlier, Biz 8.6 and earlier, and Max 4.7 and earlier allows remote authenticated users to execute code. The Office Conversion Settings function accepts a crafted script and incorporates its contents into an operating-system command without neutralizing command elements. A low-privileged account with network access to the setting is sufficient, and successful exploitation runs attacker-selected commands in the server context.
