Unrestricted file upload in Expense Management System 1.0 allows local users to execute arbitrary code through sign-up.php. The sign-up.php handler accepts a crafted upload without restricting dangerous file types, allowing the server to execute the stored payload. Exploitation requires local low-privilege access and can expose, modify, or interrupt resources available to the application process.
