Stored XSS in Concrete CMS 9.2.1 allows remote authenticated users with administrator access to execute JavaScript in site pages. The reported mechanism stores script markup from the SEO Header Extra Content field and renders it into pages, but the vendor identifies that behavior as the field's intended purpose. Only administrators or accounts granted the relevant advanced permission can modify the field, so the vendor disputes that the behavior constitutes a vulnerability.
