Stored XSS in Concrete CMS 9.2.1 allows remote authenticated users to execute scripts through a crafted PDF thumbnail upload. The Thumbnail upload accepts a PDF containing embedded JavaScript and serves a link that executes the payload when opened. Administrator upload access and victim interaction are required; the vendor disputes the issue and treats allowed file types as site configuration.
