Stored script execution via unsanitized Page Title
Published Oct 6, 2023 · Updated Sep 19, 2024
Stored cross-site scripting in GDidées CMS 3.0 allows remote authenticated users to execute scripts via a crafted Page Title. The Page Title editor stores unsanitized title input and renders it into the public page without neutralizing embedded JavaScript. An authenticated content editor must save the payload, and a visitor must load the affected page; script execution is confined to the visitor’s browser context.
