Unauthenticated OS command execution via crafted URLs
Published Nov 30, 2023 · Updated Dec 16, 2025
OS command injection in Zyxel NAS326 5.21(AAZF.14)C0 and NAS542 5.21(ABAG.11)C0 allows remote attackers to execute OS commands. The WSGI server fails to neutralize special elements in crafted URL input, but Zyxel has not disclosed the affected handler or command construction. No credentials or user interaction are required, and the published impact is limited to execution of some operating system commands.

Exploitability
Present is not the same as exploitable
Compare your product and version with the public record. A matching version still requires validation against your environment.
