Application crash via unchecked SVG dimensions

Integer overflow in PlutoSVG commit 336c02997277a1888e6ccbbbe674551a0582e5c4 and earlier allows attackers to crash applications via crafted SVGs. plutosvg_load_from_memory passes unchecked width and height values to plutovg_surface_create, where width times height times four determines the calloc size. Processing an SVG with oversized dimensions can overflow that calculation and terminate the consuming process; arbitrary code execution remains unverified.
