Inadequate encryption in dbcli mycli 1.27.0 allows attackers to recover sensitive MySQL login data from .mylogin.cnf files. The encrypt_mylogin_cnf and read_and_decrypt_mylogin_cnf routines use AES-ECB and store the 20-byte login key beside the ciphertext in the same file. Exploitation requires access to a generated .mylogin.cnf file; the public record establishes no network path to that file or any integrity or availability consequence.
