Unauthenticated user-data disclosure via unchecked export

Missing authorization in Profile Extra Fields 1.2.7 and earlier allows remote attackers to export sensitive WordPress user data. The prflxtrflds_export_file function generates the plugin's CSV user-data export without checking the requester's WordPress capability. No authentication or user interaction is required, and exposed records can include values stored in custom profile fields.
