Device reboot via valueless session cookie

Improper input validation in the HTTP server of affected Poly phones allows remote attackers to crash and reboot devices over the network. The C++ HTTP parser fails when a Cookie header contains the expected session name without a corresponding value. The web server must be enabled; repeated unauthenticated requests keep the phone unavailable until the traffic stops.
