Unauthorized actions via token-only authorization cache

Authorization bypass in Red Hat OpenShift Logging LokiStack allows remote authenticated users to perform unauthorized actions with a valid token. The opa-openshift gateway component caches a SubjectAccessReview authorization result under the bearer token alone, without including the requested action or resource in the cache key. Exploitation requires a valid token and a still-cached authorization for one allowed action; the token can then authorize different actions during that cache lifetime.
