CVE-2023-44447

Credential disclosure via unauthenticated loginFs requests

Published May 3, 2024 · Updated Aug 2, 2024

Authentication bypass in TP-Link TL-WR902AC firmware 1.0 allows network-adjacent attackers to disclose stored credentials via HTTP. The loginFs handler in the default TCP port 80 httpd service improperly accepts unauthenticated requests that expose credential data. No authentication is required, but adjacent-network access is necessary; the reported consequence is stored-credential disclosure leading to further compromise.
