SQL injection in Free Hospital Management System for Small Practices 1.0 allows remote authenticated users to alter database records. The vm/patient/edit-user.php handler directly interpolates posted patient identifiers, email addresses, and profile fields into SQL UPDATE statements. A patient-level session reaches the handler, enabling database reads or writes permitted to the application account.
