Root code execution via DDP password overflow

Stack-based buffer overflow in the DDP service in D-Link DAP-2622 firmware 1.00 allows remote attackers to execute code as root. The Set IPv4 Address handler copies an untrusted authentication-password value into a fixed-length stack buffer without validating its length. No authentication or user interaction is needed, but the attacker must reach the device from an adjacent network; exploitation grants root-level control.
