Unauthenticated service interruption via shutdown action

Missing authentication in the shutdown_coreserver action in D-Link D-View 8 1.0.2.13 allows remote attackers to interrupt service. The action exposes core-server shutdown functionality without verifying an authenticated session before executing it. A network-reachable request needs no credentials and stops the core server, interrupting D-View management operations.
