Database compromise via concatenated appointment date

SQL injection in appointment.php in SourceCodester Free Hospital Management System 1.0 allows remote authenticated users to execute SQL. The date filter copies the sheduledate POST value directly into the schedule.scheduledate predicate and sends the concatenated query to MySQL. Any self-registered patient account reaches this code, exposing database data to the permissions of the application's database user.
