Appointment data disclosure via unescaped date filter

SQL injection in appointment.php in SourceCodester Free Hospital Management System 1.0 allows remote authenticated users to read appointment data. The sheduledate POST value is copied directly into a quoted SQL condition and passed to the database without parameter binding. A patient session is required; crafted predicates can bypass the per-patient filter and expose booking, patient, doctor, and schedule records.
