Arbitrary PHP execution via Twig sandbox escape

Code injection in October CMS 3.0.0 through 3.4.14 allows remote authenticated users to execute arbitrary PHP through crafted Twig code. The CMS editor accepts specific Twig constructs that escape the secure Twig sandbox even when cms.safe_mode blocks PHP sections. Exploitation requires backend page, layout, or partial editing permission and safe mode enabled, granting code execution under the web process.
