Script execution via unescaped search query

Cross-site scripting in the site search feature of baserCMS 5.0.8 and earlier allows remote attackers to execute scripts via a crafted search query. The site_search_form.php and SearchIndexes/search.php templates render the q form control with escaping disabled, placing attacker-controlled query text into generated HTML without neutralization. Exploitation requires a user to open the crafted response, after which the script runs in that user's browser context.
