SQL injection via customer parameter
Published Aug 20, 2023 · Updated Aug 2, 2024
SQL injection in SourceCodester Inventory Management System 1.0 allows remote attackers to alter database queries via the customer parameter. The app/ajax/search_sell_paymen_report.php handler inserts customer input into SQL without adequate parameterization, allowing crafted requests to influence query execution. The vulnerable endpoint is remotely reachable and the published record indicates that exploitation requires the access conditions documented by the CNA; confidentiality, integrity, and availability can be affected.
