CVE-2023-44327

Memory disclosure via uninitialized MP4 parser access

Published Nov 16, 2023 · Updated Jun 11, 2025

Uninitialized pointer access in Adobe Bridge 14.0.0 and earlier allows attackers to disclose process memory through a crafted MP4 file. The MP4 parser accesses memory through an uninitialized pointer instead of initializing it before use, exposing sensitive process contents. Exploitation requires a victim to open the malicious file, and the disclosed memory can help bypass ASLR or support a separate code-execution flaw.
