Service interruption via unclosed NDMP connections

Resource-lifetime failure in Dell PowerScale OneFS 8.2.2.x through 9.6.0.x allows remote attackers to exhaust system resources. The isi_ndmp_d daemon accepts unauthenticated TCP connections but does not automatically close them when the remote peer never authenticates. NDMP must be enabled and network-reachable; accumulated connections can exhaust memory or file descriptors and interrupt service.
