Privilege escalation in Dell Pair Installer before 1.2.1 allows local users with low privileges to delete arbitrary files. Dell has not published the flawed installer operation or how attacker-controlled input selects files for deletion. Exploitation requires local access and user interaction during installation; arbitrary-file deletion can interrupt the affected system.
