Plugin settings modification via missing nonce validation
Published Oct 10, 2023 · Updated Apr 28, 2026
Cross-site request forgery in Kitae Park Mang Board WP 1.7.6 and earlier allows remote attackers to modify plugin settings via forged requests. The affected settings action accepts a state-changing request without valid WordPress nonce verification, but the public record does not identify the function. Exploitation requires a signed-in site administrator to open an attacker-controlled link or page, and the documented consequence is limited to plugin-setting changes.
