Privilege escalation via guessable static JWT secret

Improper authentication in Fortinet FortiWAN 5.1.1 through 5.1.2 and 5.2.0 through 5.2.1 allows remote authenticated users to escalate privileges. The administrative web interface accepts crafted JWT values protected by a guessable static secret, allowing a token to assert elevated authorization. An existing account and network access to HTTP(S) administration are required; successful exploitation grants elevated control over the appliance.
