Service startup denial via writable registry keys

Improper access control in Fortinet FortiEDR Collector for Windows 5.0.0 through 5.0.2 allows local users to stop service startup. Windows service registry keys remain writable with high local privileges, allowing the collector's startup configuration to be altered before reboot. Administrative local access is required, and successful tampering prevents the collector service from starting after the next system reboot.
