Device crash via undersized Bluetooth advertisements

Buffer overflow in Zephyr RTOS 3.4 and earlier allows physically proximate attackers to crash devices via malformed BLE advertisements. The le_advertising_report, le_mesh_scan_report, and le_ext_adv_legacy_report paths subtract the six-byte address size from an unchecked shorter PDU length, wrap the result in an eight-bit value, and copy that oversized length into a smaller HCI event buffer. The flaw is reachable within BLE radio range without authentication; the resulting memory corruption interrupts service and can enable code execution when the overwritten layout is security-relevant.
