Service interruption via Routing Engine filter bypass

Improper endpoint restriction in Junos OS Evolved nsagentd allows remote attackers to interrupt service with packets sent to the RE. The daemon processes packets that firewall filters should discard when those packets reach the Routing Engine, increasing resource consumption and bypassing intended access controls. Exploitation is unauthenticated, requires CVE-2023-44196, and causes limited service interruption plus unauthorized access.
