Unauthenticated administrator access via fixed username

Improper authentication in Ruijie RG-EW1200G 07161417 r483 allows remote attackers to obtain administrator access through the login API. The login handler accepts username 2 with an arbitrary password and issues session cookies rather than rejecting the invalid credentials. Network access to the management interface is sufficient, exposing sensitive router information and control of the internal network.
