Improper authorization in LG V60 ThinQ 5G Android 12 and 13 allows attackers to steal or overwrite files via Bluetooth notifications. The com.lge.bluetoothsetting app creates implicit mutable PendingIntents, allowing an attacker application to intercept notifications and redirect them before granting URI access to content providers. Exploitation requires a local application with notification access and user interaction; resulting impact is theft or privileged file modification.
