Permission-control failure in Huawei HarmonyOS 2.0.0, 2.1.0, 3.1.0, and 4.0.0 allows remote attackers to disclose Bluetooth notification data. The Bluetooth module exposes broadcast notifications without enforcing the intended permission boundary; Huawei has not identified the responsible function or request path.
